MY FAVORITE FOOD BY: IMAN AZLEE

     When we talk about our favorite food, the first thing that come across my mind is pizza. I can feel the axcitement when I pull a slice of it. The moment when I pull the pizza slice, the cheese started to melt. The melted cheese makes me more eager to have a bite. The aroma of the cheese makes me wonder, what type of cheese is it? Parmesan, cheddar or mozzarella? What is a pizza without a cheese? It can be said that cheese is one of the main ingredient in making pizza. This is because cheese is one of the main ingredient in making pizza. This is because cheese gives more seasoning for a tasty pizza.

     There is an many types of pizza's topping such as Hawaiian Chicken, Barbeeque Chicken and much more. But for me, my choice would be Pepperoni topping. It depends whether it is chicken or meat pepperoni. Both of them will be my favorite topping every time I make an order for the pizza. I like pepperoni because it was made up of sausages which been slice into tiny slices and been put onto the pizza.

     The flour has been used to make the pizza's dough which is the most important ingredient in the making of pizza. Pizza have may variety type of base whether it is thick or thin base. I prefer the thin base because I love the way it crust when I bite it. I dislike the thick one because I usually become full before I manage to eat the whole slice of regular pizza.

     There are many restaurants in this country that have pizza as their main menu. I usually go to Domino's Pizza when I'm craving for it. Domino's Pizza offered an affordable price for their customer. They also provide many type of pizza sets according to the amount of people in group. Usually, in a set there will be mushroom soup, garlic bread and drinks.

     I was being used to eat pizza since my childhood lifetime. It is because my mother likes to make a homemade pizza. She makes the pizza with love and she also uses an old traditional way to bake the pizza which is by using an oven that can only be operate when it is connected to the gas stove. I still can remember the first moment my mother serve it to us for dinner and my first bite to the pizza. It was the most delicious food that I ever eat in my life. I can't imagine my life or even the world without pizza because it is my favorite food.

HORROR STORY BY : IMAN AZLEE

     It was a quiet evening when i met y old friend, Azeem at the park nearby my house. His face looked so pale and limp. The shirt he wore was scruffy. There were bruises all over his arms. I was shocked to see him in that condition because he used to be a guy that always aware with his appearances. Feeling anxious, I got near to him for a closer look. As i go nearer, he just looked down. I heard he was murmured something. I tried to greet him. He look upward, straight to my face with a creepy smile. That face really scared me.

     I planned to take Azeem back to my house to get him a new clothes and medical treat. When we reached home, my parents wasn't there, but they leave me with a note that tell they were out for dinner with their business client. I took Azeem to my room. We have a small talk before he took his bath. He acted weirdly, which is not like Azeem that I know, who is used to be talkactive and like to make jokes. He just nodded and shake his head when i asked him questions.

      I was so curious to know what is usually happened to him but I can't find a solid answer. Suddenly, I heard my house phone rang from downstairs. Quickly, I rushed to my door before Azeem stopped me. He said "Promise me?". Hastily , I answered, "I promise". Then I went downstairs and answer the call.

     It was Azeem's parents! I was speechless. They exclaimed that Azeem was found dead at the park. What was all of this about? Azeem is with me. How can they said that? He's dead! So, who is actually in my room with me just now? Suddenly, the hang up call sound shocked me from daydream. Feeling terrified, I quickly rushed out from the front door. As I was out from my house, I saw Azeem's figure at my room's window. He looked me with a furious look. Drastically, I ran away until I stopped when I received a massage, "You promise me.'" That was a massage content. Then I remembered back my promise to Azeem to come back to him. What should i do now?

     As a friend, I felt responsible to go for a visit to Azeem's house. I felt a gloomy atmosphere around me. I can't believe that my friend, Azeem is dead. There was his body covered with white cloth. Unconsciously, tear run down my checks. I wiped my tears when his father, uncle Azmi greet me. He would like to have talk with me. He told me that, before Azeem's dead he frequently spoke about me. He stated that, he's going to miss me. This matter make me realized that, Azeem that was with me before is trying to give me sign. I blamed myself for not be brave enough to come back to him because he is just going to say that he missed me a lot. In my heart, "Be peaceful there Azeem. I'm going to miss you too.".

MY FAVOURITE FOOD BY : MUHAMMAD FARID BIN AZMI

     Favourite foods is what we like and always eat. Food can give us good and bad effect. That's why we need to control it for our health but when we eat our favourite food inadvertently we don't care about health. In the world have many type of foods from other nation.

     

    'Rendang Ayam' is a favourite food of Malaysian people, including me. While it is difficult to make and take a long time. It is widely used raw materials and materials that can get at night markets, mall and markets in the morning. I like 'Rendang Ayam' because it's very tasty and is one of the traditional foods. We always found 'Rendang Ayam' when 'Hari Raya' because 'Rendang Ayam' can eat with 'Nasi Impit'

     More over, my favourite food is 'Nasi Lemak'. 'Nasi Lemak' is rice cooked with coconut milk for more taste of fat. Sometimes 'Pandan' leaves added in rice when we cooked for added aroma. Among other substances added during cooking that is sliced ginger and shallots. 'Nasi lemak' is usually cooked or steamed. 'Nasi lemak' is served with egg, cucumber, fried anchovies, peanuts and chili fries. 'Nasi lemak' is now sold to a variety of fish among which are fried chicken, spicy fried chicken, oyster sauce or 'sambal sotong' according to individual taste.

     Nowadays 'Rendang Ayam' and 'Nasi Lemak' is easy to found at restaurant, cafe, 'kopitiam' and so on when we want to breakfast. 'Rendang Ayam' and 'Nasi Lemak' no longer a dish at breakfast. Many people enjoy as lunch or dinner. It is considered a fast food because it is cheap, easy to prepare and quick to serve. 

     In my opinion, both of this foods very delicious and easy to found in Malaysia. In Malaysia 'Nasi Lemak' and 'Rendang Ayam very popular in malay people and other races. Your life not complete if u never test this foods.

HORROR STORY BY : MUHAMMAD FARID BIN AZMI

This story experienced by me alone when I returned from my friend's house. The time is nigh at 2 am and I was riding a motorcycle. I want to go home when the friend I recalled a story told to me earlier. Time friend and I just returned from my home. He has been plagued in the empty house that has long been in the clear. In the past a lot of people who want to buy and rent a house for a low price and big house. But now nobody wants to buy or rent the house.

The story begins in a family that was brutally murdered in their home. The first house occupied by a family coming from Singapore. Malay race family has three children of a son and two daughters. The boy was 10 years old while the daughter was also aged 14 and another 18 years. What I hear from my friends that their daughter was 18 years old and are awaiting the results of SPM.

What happened and befall the family. On a quiet night and the rain began to drench the earth. They were surprised by the noise at the back door. The husband began to get up to see what is the sound of their home. Suddenly the husband was shocked by four men who did not know its origin. The husband can not do anything because the robbers were armed and one of the robbers put the husband's neck machetes to prevent the husband scream and fight. The other pirates began to collect other family members in the living room to avoid pirates they make noise just now beginning to threaten that make noise if anyone would be killed.

The pirates started to steal money and valuables were stored and one of the robbers have attracted girls aged 18 rooms. The father can not stand the work of the robbers. The father began to fight and it was a pirate attack and act of the parents began to realize was that the robbers friend and the father began beaten to death. Uncovered fear his actions once they have killed all the family members of the victims and burned down the house with the corpse to corpse burnt to death. So evidence was not found and could not be detected. Now it began to be haunted and if anyone then or rent a home will be disturbed

That night I surrender only if found and tampered with. Because there is no other way to get home myself. Just the way it's all there. But just when I thought until just before the house is a sign of strong wind and rain like. Suddenly the hairs stand upright and I'm surprised I saw families who were brutally murdered, standing in front of their home with blood running down their bodies like what I told friends. I was surprised by all that I hold fast, and take it to the intersection without looking left and right and I just all of a sudden I was floating and I see myself being on the road with a lot of blood. I can just see it, and I died at the scene. Now this is what haunts me every last person in the street.

ESSAY ABOUT RAMADAN BY : MUHAMMAD FARID BIN AZMI

     Thursday, June 18 2015 is the first Ramadan this year and which all Muslims have to fast. Ramadan is fast to abstain from food and drink and change to all Muslims to improve they faith. Thanks to god at 4.30 am, my family has suhur to start our first day. 

     Thursday in the month of Ramadan. After suhur I was asleep in the living room. So i was surprised by my sister to get away Poly-Tech Mara in Batu Pahat to fill connect the lesson. I was ready and I went to the college with my friends to register. I went to the office and fill out a form and sending it is not enough with that, I have a list online that I ask is that the cost of graphic design and multimedia.

     After all business is finished I have to go home and prepare for Ramadan bazaar to survey and buy food for breaking the fast later. The first day of fasting at bazaar Ramadan  was full of people. At bazaar Ramadan have many types of food and water such as 'Nasi Ayam', 'Nasi Tomato', 'Kelapa Laut' and 'Laici kang'.

     Along the way stores were opened and tents have been provided by 'Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat' ( MPBP )  for dealers. So traders are pleased to sell because no heat sealed and arranged. As soon as I was in the bazaar I kept walking and looking at the food there. I have bought a cake, water and so on food for iftar.

     Lastly, two days before Eid-ul Fitr, my family and I go to shopping mall to purchase some item preparation for Eid-ul Fitr. We all distribute work to clean house. When Eid approaching, my family and I take photo together and apologive to each other.

     

MY FAVOURITE FOOD BY : MUHAMMAD FARIDUDDIN

     Food very familiar to all and we need eat to continue our life but have to control it for health. In worldwide we have many type of traditional food coming from various nations. We need to explore other country and taste the different foods from the others.

     Our country, Malaysia is a heaven variety of foods. There are a variety of foods available in Malaysia like seafood, traditional, snacks and cakes. Food that we consume contain nutrients such as vitamins, protein and so on. Malaysia popular with variety of traditional meals. Every country has its own traditional foods and hard to find at other states. Mostly tourists come just want to taste the traditional food and visit the best place. Favourite food is the food of our everyday passions.

     My favourite food is 'Dodol'. 'Dodol' can find at everywhere but not anytime. 'Dodol' have many tye such as 'Dodol Durian', 'Dodol Nanas', 'Dodol Kampung' and so on. 'Dodol' only found when eid-ul fitr but if lucky, we can found it at weekdays. Nowadays, many people has forget and don't know how to do 'Dodol' because no one want to continue this traditional food. 'Dodol' very difficult to do and need strong man but they too busy busy with work. That's why many people not interested to cook and eat 'Dodol'. Government need to do something that can be more marketed at in and out country so as not to be forgotten.

   
      I like 'Dodol' since my family always serve in the evening. 'Dodol kampung' tough to eat but very sweet. When i eat 'Dodol Kampung', I will continue to eat it with large quantity without I realize. Different 'Dodol Durian', 'Dodol Durian' very soft and fragrant. 'Dodol Durian' a little expensive because it is made from the raw material of natural fruit. 'Dodol Durian' very famous at everywhere, especially Indonesia. Moreover, 'Dodol Nanas' a little different mixtures of pineapple causing taste and distinctive aroma. It hard to find because it is little different with another 'Dodol'.

     In the nutshell, I hope people can take a little time to study how to cook 'Dodol'. So 'Dodol' as not being outdated for future generations.

      

MY FAVOURITE FOOD BY : PUTRA ABID SOLEHIN BIN ANAS PUTRA

Malaysia is known for its peaceful country and a variety of races, religions and cultures. Therefore, Malaysia is also known as a country rich with food or prefer to be called "food paradise".

Nowdays , many tourists come to Malaysia to traveling. There are also among those who come to Malaysia to taste traditional food Malay citizen. In Malaysia there are different kinds of traditional food that are still popular until now. Examples such as "Tempoyak" is popular in Perak, "Wajid" is a popular food in Johor, "Masak Lemak Cili Padi" is popular in Negeri Sembilan while in Negeri Kelantan there are two popular types of food that are "budu" and also "Nasi kerabu".

My favorite food is rice is Nasi Kerabu. At my place Kedah , Nasi Kerabu is only available at night markets. Until now there has been no shops that commercialize Nasi Kerabu. Nasi Kerabu is available for as low as RM5.00. I began to love the Nasi kerabu at the age of 13 years. This is because at that age my parents often bring me to night markets.

Nasi Kerabu is blue in colour. We can choose whether to park your fish solok, salted eggs or fried fish. Normally, customers will choose the usual such as salted egg and fried fish. Sometimes I would take the extra rice. This is because nasi kerabu is hard to find and have a good fell when eating.

I just feel the nasi kerabu that is popular in Kelantan is only once a week. I hope that this can be commercialized at international market.
