'Rendang Ayam' is a favourite food of Malaysian people, including me. While it is difficult to make and take a long time. It is widely used raw materials and materials that can get at night markets, mall and markets in the morning. I like 'Rendang Ayam' because it's very tasty and is one of the traditional foods. We always found 'Rendang Ayam' when 'Hari Raya' because 'Rendang Ayam' can eat with 'Nasi Impit'
More over, my favourite food is 'Nasi Lemak'. 'Nasi Lemak' is rice cooked with coconut milk for more taste of fat. Sometimes 'Pandan' leaves added in rice when we cooked for added aroma. Among other substances added during cooking that is sliced ginger and shallots. 'Nasi lemak' is usually cooked or steamed. 'Nasi lemak' is served with egg, cucumber, fried anchovies, peanuts and chili fries. 'Nasi lemak' is now sold to a variety of fish among which are fried chicken, spicy fried chicken, oyster sauce or 'sambal sotong' according to individual taste.
Nowadays 'Rendang Ayam' and 'Nasi Lemak' is easy to found at restaurant, cafe, 'kopitiam' and so on when we want to breakfast. 'Rendang Ayam' and 'Nasi Lemak' no longer a dish at breakfast. Many people enjoy as lunch or dinner. It is considered a fast food because it is cheap, easy to prepare and quick to serve.
In my opinion, both of this foods very delicious and easy to found in Malaysia. In Malaysia 'Nasi Lemak' and 'Rendang Ayam very popular in malay people and other races. Your life not complete if u never test this foods.
