MY FAVOURITE FOOD BY : PUTRA ABID SOLEHIN BIN ANAS PUTRA

Malaysia is known for its peaceful country and a variety of races, religions and cultures. Therefore, Malaysia is also known as a country rich with food or prefer to be called "food paradise".

Nowdays , many tourists come to Malaysia to traveling. There are also among those who come to Malaysia to taste traditional food Malay citizen. In Malaysia there are different kinds of traditional food that are still popular until now. Examples such as "Tempoyak" is popular in Perak, "Wajid" is a popular food in Johor, "Masak Lemak Cili Padi" is popular in Negeri Sembilan while in Negeri Kelantan there are two popular types of food that are "budu" and also "Nasi kerabu".

My favorite food is rice is Nasi Kerabu. At my place Kedah , Nasi Kerabu is only available at night markets. Until now there has been no shops that commercialize Nasi Kerabu. Nasi Kerabu is available for as low as RM5.00. I began to love the Nasi kerabu at the age of 13 years. This is because at that age my parents often bring me to night markets.

Nasi Kerabu is blue in colour. We can choose whether to park your fish solok, salted eggs or fried fish. Normally, customers will choose the usual such as salted egg and fried fish. Sometimes I would take the extra rice. This is because nasi kerabu is hard to find and have a good fell when eating.

I just feel the nasi kerabu that is popular in Kelantan is only once a week. I hope that this can be commercialized at international market.
